Meditation 101

I’ve been meditating for about 1 year now, and it has brought so much peace into my life! Taking 10 minutes out of my day to focus on my breathing, my goals, and desires has been so amazing. I have not only been able to get my anxiety under control, but I feel more calm and positive. I’ve been able to react better in difficult situations,  and am aware of where my energy increases and decreases.

We go about our days thinking we don’t have time for ourselves, but to be able to sit down, close your eyes and breath in and out is an experience that is so easy, yet so few do.
